We are a group of resident homeowners in your precinct who live on, or in proximity to, _________ Please find attached a letter we have written to a landlord who owns the rental property at _________.

This house has been the source of numerous disturbances on our street. We are hoping to persuade this landlord to take greater responsibility in making clear to perspective tenants what can and cannot be done on his property, and to remind him that we take an acute interest in preserving the peace and security of our neighborhood.
